They over charged me almost $40.00 a month for my car insurance and when I cancelled they continued to bill me even though I notified them of the cancellation When I refused to pay they sent me to a collection agency. After my policy nearly doubled in costs, I switched to another insurance company. 6 months later, they tried to bill me almost $900 for a policy I never agreed to have nor paid for. Normally, I would have been cancelled but they tried to back bill me. I got the state Insurance commision involved and got them straight. Shame on them for trying to rip off people. Any insurance agency is better than that. Kudos to the NC insurance Commisioner for bringing in some justice.December 21, 2016by hunter maready
