  I am very disapointed at this time with the way my wife was dropped by this doctor when she was so happy with the way he was treating her. She has been wronged by his office personell and he has not returned her calls . I do not think he is getting his messages and I am in hopes that this review will get to him so he can call and explain to her why he dropped her when she was well satisfied with his treatment. She went for an afternoon app. and found when she got there that it had been changed to that morning without any notification of the change. We are 65 miles from his office and chose to drive this distance because she was happy with what he was doing for her. She was upset and asked to see a doctor being she was so far from home and was told that she would not be able to see one that day. I do not believe he knows the whole story about this situation. She has been in the hospital recently and they scheduled a follow up app. with dr mcwilliams and it was canceled the next day . She recieved no notice of cancellation. The office manager admitted that he thought she was another lady that had given him a hard time , when in reality he had not even spoken to my wife on that day. I hope in some way that this gets to dr. mcwilliams so my wife can get back to him as I believe he is the doctor that she needs to be seeing for her problems. I have been with my wife on every app. she has had and I am impressed with the care he seems to have for his paitents. I can't say the same for the lady who screwed up the app. schedule.
