  Won't ever use Express Lane online shopping again. It doesn't tell you an item is out of stock when you place your order. It warns you of this and I did take that into consideration, but 7-8 items I ordered were out of stock including strawberries! Seriously?!? My husband got to the store to pick up our order and pay and all my important items were missing and he was told they were out of stock. The other items were items I buy at this store all the time and I've never encountered them being out of stock. It seemed like the shopper who did my order was lazy and just wrote out of stock on things because they couldn't find or didn't want to find them. It was ridiculous and inconvenient which defeats the whole purpose. I had to go buy my missing items elsewhere. Won't be doing this again. Other grocers offer this service for free and supposedly do it better so I will be giving them a try next time.
