Worst clinic I have every been to see. Went for pain in my back. After a series of test injections of which none helped. The said I now qualify for the big one on both sides of my spine. After the injection I was in alot of pain. They said that it would bruise up for about a week. One months later I was in more pain than I was my first visit. Could not hardly walk. Went back to see the PA. He said they hit a nerve and there is nothing more they can do. Would not even let me do another follow up. Now they will not see me after they screwed my back up. Gave them one star because I did not see a TURD I could select

Horrible all the way around, From OrthoWilmington to EmergeOrtho. Staff/reception/appointments/schedules, etc... All Horrible. Have an emergency? Have to go to ER/hospital, awaited two days to see them, in limbo treatments, and on day three; $18,000.00 later and THEN you see the orthopedic surgeon, and receive surgery from the same whom you intended on meeting with in the first place. You have to wait to have it go that bad before you can get to a specialist surgeon. And afterwards; Follow up appointment with the surgeon on his work, bandage removal and change out, no bull on this , staff stated I had to wait till April, and his hand written instructions stated "7 days at my office". And this was mid January, and called the day I was released, left a message for a request of appointment on the case/file number/doctors instructions and dates, and it took three days just to get them to call me back.. April... c'mon... Definition of insanity folks, yeah I know it. However had another emergency. Thought I'd give it one more go. I was further convinced on my original assessment. Tried another set up for a bone issue/insurance requirement to see them this past March but had to wait till August. Staff is horrible, and incompetent. Won't even listen, just interject before they even can understand what you are inquiring about. Policies, who knows? Leave a message and they will call back as soon as possible. 5 days later you get them to contact you. Never mind you left all your best contact numbers, hrs and so forth, and they still call you at home when you're at work from 6 am till 7 pm... and they get course with you because you went another way, then have the audacity to ask why you chose another provider.. go figure. He're my comment that you requested on the phone that day. Think "Cattle and cattle gates on your way to the slaughter house". No stars from me though I have to leave one to post. That includes all three of my family members in which we have attempted in the past year to utilize them for our services. Emergency? Go to ER, even with cash/ direct pay or full heath care insurances. Go to the ER and the high bill is the ONLY way you'll see the specialist on an emergency injury. If this is the only way to finding a professional person to talk to from this group. So be it. Sorry, you earned it.

  • Been seeing Dr.Rodgers about 2 yrs now for a few issues with my spine, lower back and neck, we'll not much help with lower back few injections thus far. My neck on the other hand , March 8 two level fusion 5-6-7 and so far so good best thing I've done is having that done. Appointments are hard to get appointment setters suck much work is needed to improve that part of this practice. As of now I'm very great full for Dr.Rodgers and Mr.Free for helping me like they did. As a patient of orthowilm I would recommend them but you need to know there answering service sucks. I have had best like emailing them .
